Donald Potter is an accomplished employment law attorney with more than 25 years of experience. He exclusively represents workers in
employment matters including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
Mr. Potter is a National Institute of Trial Advocacy graduate who has prevailed in multiple trials, arbitration and administrative hearings, and he has been repeatedly named as a "Top Attorney" by Pasadena Magazine. Mr. Potter obtained numerous court-approved wage-and-hour class action settlements filed on behalf of employees since opening his own law firm in 2008.
